Terms And Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern the packing, moving, and relocation services provided by Abhirami Packers and Movers OPC Pvt Ltd.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, signed agreement, or online form).
• Payment terms: 80% after loading, balance on delivery.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services (storage, insurance, handling fragile items).

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about goods, addresses, and special requirements.
• Ensure proper packing of valuables, documents, and fragile items unless agreed otherwise.
• Be present or appoint a representative during packing, loading, and delivery.

4. Company Responsibilities

• Provide trained staff and suitable vehicles for relocation.
• Handle goods with reasonable care and professionalism.
• Deliver goods within agreed timelines, subject to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Liability & Insurance

• We are not liable for damage caused by improper packing done by the customer.
• Insurance coverage is available upon request; claims must be filed directly with the insurer.
• Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions) are beyond our control.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials (explosives, chemicals, flammable goods).
• Perishable items (food, plants, etc.).
• Illegal goods or contraband.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the scheduled move.
• Refunds are subject to deduction of administrative or booking fees.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur full or partial charges.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
